    We offer Free International Shipping.
    • How long does it take to ship my order?
      Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
      Shipping time:
      20-35 days to United States and Europe.
      30-60 days to other countries.
    • Do you offer returns?

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

      To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

      Return shipping cost is customer responsibility, unless product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

    • What payment methods do you accept?
      You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express in a secure encrypted payment environment.
      We additionnaly offer support for Paypal and Apple Pay.
      You can chose your payment method at checkout.
    • Which currency will I be charged in?
      We currently only support EUR. 
      If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in EUR and the bank will automatically apply the corresponding conversation rate.
    • Will I pay custom fees for international shipping?
      That depend on the cost of the order and the country that products are shipped. Every country have free custon fees limits that are different for any country. You have to check custom fees in your country.
